Full-time, part-time, or freelance position available starting June 2026 YOUR TASKS: – Academy Development: You will develop a clear course and training program together with the site management for kids, adults, and companies. – Training & Coaching: You will conduct individual and group training sessions, lead course series, and ensure measurable learning progress and high-quality training. – Formats & Events: You will design and manage recurring formats (Americanos, league match days, tournament series) and make our club a unique sporting experience. – Coach Development: You will support the development of a coach pool, onboard new coaches, create guidelines, and conduct internal training/coaching sessions. – Quality Standards: You will establish training standards and ensure that every session meets Padel Hub standards. – Planning & Organization: You coordinate training schedules, bookings, and course calendars – in consultation with site management and operations. – Community & Content (optional): You contribute sports-related content to our communications (tips, short tutorials, event recaps), thereby increasing reach and demand.
