  • Consent: A voluntary, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she agrees to the processing of his or her personal data.

9. Payment processing

We offer digital payment processing via service providers such as Playtomic, Eversports, Stripe and PayPal. The required payment data (e.g. account details, credit card number) are transmitted to the respective service provider via a secure connection for the purpose of the payment transaction. 10th Newsletter

We use various service providers to send newsletters. When you register for the newsletter, we collect your email address and, if applicable, other data. 12. Duration of storage

The duration for which personal data is stored depends on the respective statutory retention periods. After these periods have expired, the relevant data will be deleted if it is no longer required to fulfil or initiate a contract.

13. Legal or contractual provisions for the provision of data
